Since the arrival of COVID-19 we’ve all seen the crazy scenes at supermarkets worldwide. Fighting over toilet-rolls, hand sanitiser disappearing from the supermarket shelves and general panic buying.

 

In the interview below Sarah Williams – CEO of Leading Culture Limited based in New Zealand, will explain why people react this way and what we can do to avoid doing the same.

Leading Culture is a boutique consultancy with a passion for culture. Some may call us organisational anthropologists, we like to refer to ourselves as culture co-creators. We love revealing the cultural drivers of an organisation and collaborating to fine tune those drivers (and others) so the culture encourages, supports and even demands the highest possible performance.
